Christmas - A Little Bit at a Time

I'm slowly getting Christmas up.  I really need to take a few hours and tackle it all at once. But, where will I find a few hours - with energy?

Here are a few corners of my home, this week....

You may recognize these photos from my Instagram feed!

Now, if I can just step around the Christmas boxes and ribbon that have exploded all over the dining room and den, I'll finish up!

I hear you, sister. But gosh, what you've done so far is beautiful and the season isn't about rushing thru, right? This is the first Christmas season I really see that - I am unable to do a lot because I had knee surgery. But I am learning lessons I will use next year at this time!! And I might steal some ideas from you...

It takes soooo long! I FINALLY got all the bins back up to the attic this morning. And I started the Monday before Thanksgiving!
I love your collections!
the Santa mugs on the tiered stand...adorable!
and the bottle brushes, and of course all the Santas and your featured painting... make a wonderful statement together.
It makes me smile!
I LOVED IT ALL!!! Your Santa collection on that pretty antique chest looks fabulous!
I love your collection of Santas, they look so great together, and the mugs are just fun. I have 1 santa mug - I feel the beginnings of a collection coming on!
Everything looks great. Just put the boxes back now maybe next year you'll have more energy. Visiting from My Romantic Home.

No need to rush on the decorating, right? I'm just now finishing up myself. It has taken me all week and I don't even do much decorating! The collection of Santas that you have...I have the same nesting Santas as the one I see on the right side of your dresser. I found mine at Goodwill last year! I have them displayed on the side of a stack of vintage suitcases. Just posted a pic on my blog yesterday, if you care to visit and take a look.
Beautiful collections - love those Santas and the Grinch quote!
